2. Product descriptions and fitment

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and vehicle-application information on our website are accurate. Where a product listing names a manufacturer or brand, that is the manufacturer or brand we intend to supply. We do not routinely substitute a different brand, and will not knowingly substitute a lower-quality brand.

If the listed product is unavailable, we may contact you before dispatch to offer an alternative that we reasonably consider equivalent or better in quality, specification and suitability for the stated application. We will only supply an alternative if you expressly agree to it. We will tell you the alternative’s brand and any relevant differences before asking for your agreement.

If you do not agree to the alternative, we will not send it. We will cancel the affected item and refund you for it, or, if appropriate, cancel the order and refund you in full. We will not charge you extra for an agreed alternative unless you agree to the additional cost.

Fitment can depend on a vehicle’s exact model, year and specification. If you are unsure whether a part is suitable, please contact us before ordering.

Nothing in this section limits your legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

3. Orders and contract

You can place an order through the checkout on our website. Before submitting your order, you will be shown the products, total price, delivery charges and the payment method available.

Your order is an offer to buy the goods. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We will send order-related messages to the email address you provide.

If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken for it.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any other charges will be shown before you place your order.

VAT is charged at the applicable rate. We will apply the correct VAT treatment to orders delivered to the Channel Islands and other destinations.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver to all of the UK, the Isle of Man along with the Channel Islands. Delivery methods, charges and any estimated delivery times will be shown before you place your order.

We will deliver by the date stated at checkout or, if no date is stated, within 30 days unless we agree otherwise. If there is a delay, we will contact you. Your legal rights if goods are delayed are not affected.

For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods generally passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of them.

6. Cancelling an online order

If you are a consumer buying online, you will usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. If an order is delivered in separate items, the period usually runs from receipt of the last item.

To cancel, contact us by email or post using the details in section 1. You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return.

We will refund the price of the goods and the cost of our standard delivery option. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will refund only the cost of standard delivery. We’ll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof that you’ve sent them back, whichever comes first.

7. Faulty goods and your legal rights

Your legal rights are not affected by these terms or by our guarantee.

If goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not meet the requirements of consumer law, you may have a right to reject them, have them repaired or replaced, or receive a price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances. For example, consumer law may give you a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery.

If you think an item is faulty, contact us at or on 01760 336933. Please provide your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask to inspect the goods or have them tested by the manufacturer. We will explain how to return them and will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions. This request does not remove or restrict your legal rights.

8. Our one-year guarantee

In addition to your legal rights, we provide a guarantee against defects in design, materials or workmanship for one year from the purchase date shown on your invoice, subject to a limit of 10,000 miles [whichever comes first].

To make a guarantee claim, contact us with your order details, the part concerned and a description of the problem. We may ask to inspect the part or send it to the manufacturer for testing.

For a claim accepted under this guarantee, we will repair or replace the part, or refund its purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

Claims are limited to the value of the parts as stated on the original invoice.

This guarantee is additional to your legal rights and does not limit them.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a product or our service, please contact us by email at or by telephone on 01760 336933. We will try to resolve the issue promptly.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in another part of the UK apply. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that cannot legally be excluded.
